Presidential or private aircrafts transporting delegates to the Ninth Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union will land at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra. Relevant information such as:
  1. Name of carrier
  2. Make and type of aircraft
  3. Entry and exit points in Accra
  4. Call sign
  5. Point of departure and destinations
  6. Date and time of arrival and departure and
  7. Number of passengers should be communicated to the Air Operations and Navigation Aid Department of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) at the Kotoka International Airport Administration using the following addresses:

  8. Parking facilities, apart from the Kotoka International Airport are available at Kumasi and Takoradi, about 30 minutes and 20 minutes flights from Accra, respectively. Aircraft which cannot be parked at these airports due to limited space shall be redirected to airports of neighbouring countries.
